Our postage policy is as follows:

All items will be posted using Australia Post, unless specifically requested by purchaser.
Using another courier service will be to the cost of the purchaser.
Allow for 2 weeks delivery of stocked items. Andro-Adidas Table Tennis will confirm all orders if items are in stock. Please allow up to 6 weeks for non stocked items.

We accept returns only on the following conditions:

Returned item must be in their original box or bag
Returned item must not be damaged
Purchaser will pay for the postage cost for returned item
Returned item must be unused
